Morgan is a Virginia native who studied arts management at Randolph-Macon College. She began her career in hands-on creative roles, building a strong foundation in visual storytelling, design, and audience experience through work in retail environments, live entertainment, and community programming. Her work later centered on building brands, managing client relationships, and driving business growth as the Sales and Marketing lead for a cannabis testing laboratory, managing compliance testing for state contracts and large medicinal operators. At Startup Virginia, Morgan brings her background in creative communication and relationship-building to connect founders with the resources, programs, and people they need to grow.
