Our mentors play a vital role in the success of startups, and we maintain high standards in our selection process. While we consider applicants from any background or discipline relevant to high-growth businesses, we are currently focused on mentors with the following expertise/experience:

- Previously a high-growth startup founder or leader
- Manufacturing
