Kip Hart, born and raised in Richmond, studied World Studies and Business at VCU. His passion to see his hometown thrive communally and economically has kept him in the Richmond area most of his life. Throughout his professional career, Kip has been a champion of organizational and personnel development, channeling his efforts to ensure the success of others. Most recently, he contributed his skills and expertise to Fringe, focusing on personnel development, product innovation, and HRBP responsibilities. In his role at Startup Virginia, Kip looks to support founders in growing their ventures faster and smarter.
