Matt Briggs

Matt Briggs is Vice President of Product Management at Capital One and currently part of the Card Product and Platform team. Since joining Capital One in 2003, Matt has held a variety of leadership positions spanning product management, customer experience, operations, and strategy. Areas of focus have included building/transforming tech platforms, mobile payments/servicing, large-scale operational leadership, CXP transformation, and P&L responsibility. Matt also led the creation of Capital One Growth Consulting – which focuses on pro bono consulting engagements for startups and small businesses.

Matt is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College with a B.A. in Economics and the University of Richmond with an M.B.A. in Finance. Outside of work, Matt enjoys running, golf, cooking, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
