Lauren Conroy

Lauren Conroy is a Richmond-area Virginia native with both her undergraduate and graduate MBA degrees from The University of Virginia. Throughout her career, Lauren has deep experience supporting founders and founder-led companies through all stages. Most recently, Lauren served as Chief Operating Officer of MajorClarity, where she helped lead the business from early traction through acquisition. Prior to that, she spent nearly 15 years at EAB (formerly Royall & Company), leading key operational functions during a period of rapid growth and multiple private equity and public transactions. As Startup Advisor, Lauren works closely with Launch-stage founders – companies with a product and early revenue – supporting them as they build traction, teams, and prepare for scale.
