Amyli McDaniel

Amyli McDaniel is the founder and CEO of IP3 Digital, a contract intelligence and automation company. Previously, she served as general counsel and corporate officer at venture-funded companies including Tasktop Technologies (acquired by Planview), SpringSource (acquired by VMware), and Lexcycle (acquired by Amazon), managing fundraising, strategic partnerships, intellectual property commercialization, corporate governance, and successful acquisitions. She began her career as a corporate attorney at McGuire Woods and Wiley Rein in Washington, D.C. She holds degrees in both business and law from the University of Richmond.
