Job Description:

The Program Manager role is pivotal to our ability to ensure excellence in the delivery of our learning experiences for our clients, our coaches, and our learners. Your primary objective is to ensure the highest quality of experiences for EVERY client we have the privilege of serving.  

To do this well, you will need to: 

-Serve as a key relationship manager with clients to coordinate program details such as timing, learning environment, coach assignments and the reporting of program outcomes. 

-Nurture and grow existing partnerships to ensure our clients are informed about new program opportunities and are fully supported in reaching their organization’s goals 

-Understand the nuances of every client’s community of learners to ensure the appropriate learning experiences for their learners. 

-Develop a process to allow us to scale our program management from serving regional to national client partnerships. 

Primary Responsibilities :

-Serve as a direct point of contact for our clients to ensure their programs run effectively and they have regular communications about learner progress and outcomes.  

-Collaborate with the Learning Coordinator to ensure coaches are trained and assigned to support the engagement. 

-Manage the ordering and delivery of program supplies. 

-Develop scalable processes to support expansion of our programs.  

-Solicit program feedback from our clients and develop an ongoing process for review and actionable improvements.  

-Collaborate with CEO and Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and payments.

Required Skills:

-Highly organized and adept at project management practices and tools 

-Great communicator with the ability to develop strong relationships 

-Professional presentation skills 

-Growth mindset with the ability to adapt in complex and dynamic environments 

-Desire to use skills to make a positive impact on society 

-Ease with technology tools such as online platforms, Microsoft Office, etc.  

-4-year college degree 

-3+ years in a professional role 

-Ability to self-direct to ensure the highest priorities are met on a weekly basis.  

-Strong time-management skills to appropriately prioritize competing tasks 

Preferred: 

-Education and/or classroom experience 

The role is remote role based in Richmond, Virginia. Time will be split between remote work and in-person workshops at our offices in Richmond, Virginia, (Startup Virginia, 1717 E. Cary Street).
